At Enriched Thrift, all sales are considered FINAL. We review each product thoroughly to ensure it is exactly as pictured. However, we review every purchase on a case-by-case basis to determine if a return is warranted. While we will not accept a return because an item does not fit or is no longer wanted, there are other cases where returns are permitted -- such as when a  the wrong item is shipped. Please examine each item carefully as items are preowned and have wear to them and can not be returned unless the wrong item is shipped. 

If we have listed an item incorrectly please do not purchase the item and reach out to customer service so that we may correct the issue. Please reach out to our Customer Service team explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If their is an item that does not match the description or the description does not match the photo, please send us an email as if you purchase the item, it can not be returned. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE AN ITEM IF THE PHOTOS DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION OR THE DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS AS THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED.

Methods of Shipping

At EnRiched Thrift, our preferred method of shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class and Priority Mail services, but Fed EX and UPS will be utilized for shipping as well.


First Class: The best-priced service offered through the USPS for mail up to 13 oz. First Class estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Priority Mail: This mail service is offered for packages weighing 1 lb or more. Priority Mail estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days, but it all depends on the processing time.

Shipments will be based upon the best alternative for weight and destination, so packages may ship USPS, UPS or Fex Ex.

How much is shipping?

When you check out, the site will give you the final price with shipping and handling included.


 All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. Please note that this time-frame is the time for your order to be prepared for shipment. All orders will be shipped either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Please note that we are not liable, nor will we be accountable for the travel time of USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, as after the package is shipped, it is out of our control. Once your package has been successfully delivered an it was found to be stolen from the delivered location, their a few options available to the buyer.


USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.

UPS states "Loss: You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, the sender or the intended receiver can initiate a claim." 

Fed Ex: Please visit the FedEX website in order to file a claim. 

Contact EnRiched Thrift to initiate a trace process with USPS, UPS or FedEX if you are unable to do so. EnRiched Thrift will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.

Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.

Once the item has been successfully delivered, EnRiched Thrift is no longer responsible for the replacement of any items due to it missing or being stolen. Please ensure to follow up with your package tracking. You can call any shipment company or go online and notify them of where to leave your packages upon delivery to prevent packages from being stolen.
